15000 series barcode verifiers

De verifiers van de Axicon 15000-serie zijn ontworpen om zowel twee-dimensionale als lineaire barcodes te lezen. Het systeem maakt gebruik van een speciale reeks LED's en een op CCD technologie gebaseerde sensor om elk barcode-beeld vast te leggen voordat het wordt geanalyseerd. Het is in staat om meerdere barcodes in hetzelfde gezichtsveld te verifiëren, of het nu 2D of lineaire codes zijn en de gebruiker ziet de resultaten voor elke code door de relevante barcode op het scherm te selecteren.

 

QR code, GS1 QR code, Datamatrix en GS1 DataMatrix symbolen kunnen allemaal worden geverifieerd, evenals elke EAN / UPC, ITF(-14), GS1-128, Code 128,  Code 39, Laetus Pharma code, MIL-STD-130N standaard en meer…

 

De software is nu ook geschikt voor het controleren van Datamatrix codes welke zijn geproduceerd volgens de 'Direct Part Marking'  richtlijnen, welke zijn gedefinieerd in ISO/IEC 29158.

 

De verifiers van de Axicon 15000-serie worden uitsluitend gevoed via de USB2-poort van een computer en zijn dus draagbaar wanneer ze worden gebruikt met een laptop.

Waarom Axicon?

 

Kenmerken & Voordelen

ISO / IEC-compatibele verificatie van zowel lineaire barcodes als 2D codes. Elk lineair symbool wordt automatisch geanalyseerd met behulp van tien scans door de hoogte van de barcode, zoals gespecificeerd in ISO / IEC 15426-1. Elke 2D symbol wordt geanalyseerd volgens ISO 15426-2.

 

Elke barcode kan in elke richting worden geverifieerd, dus het meten met de Axicon 15000-serie verifier is zeer gebruikersvriendelijk.

 

De software maakt automatische herkennning van codes mogelijk met automatische aanpassing van de vereiste licht opening. Scans kunnen worden opgeslagen (en opnieuw worden ‘geladen’) en rapporten kunnen worden gegenereerd in verschillende vormen, zoals PDF, txt, HTML of .cvs. De data inhoud van elk symbool kan ook verder worden geanalyseerd met te activeren ‘plugins’. De software is te gebruiken in meerdere talen, inclusief het Nederlands.

 

Traceerbaarheidsfuncties omvatten de mogelijkheid om automatisch onbewerkte gegevensbestanden op te slaan, welke ook kunnen worden gebruikt voor ondersteuning op afstand. Een audit trail functie is eveneens ingebouwd. De software is gratis beschikbaar, ten alle tijden downloadbaar vanaf de website en wordt voortdurend bijgewerkt om ervoor te zorgen dat deze voldoet aan de nieuwste vereisten van de relevante ISO / IEC-normen en andere toepassingen, zoals GS1 specificaties.

The verifier is supplied as the verifier read-head, its data cable, a CD with the Axicon verifier software (in several languages), an operating manual, a calibration card and compliance certificates in a protective carry case.

Plugins available

 

The camera verifier software has a range of optional plugins that are used to select how the symbols will be checked for their data content, their dimensions, and any other aspects defined by a particular application. Below is a list of plugins available with the software:

 

80% Aperture

This plugin will recommend that an aperture of 80% of the module size of a two dimensional code should be used for verification.

 

Brazil Healthcare

Complete Application Identifier evaluation and validation according to the GS1 General Specifications. Additional checks validating the requirements of resolution RDC 54/2013 from the Brazilian Ministry of Health.

 

CIP

GS1 Data Content

This plugin checks that the application identifiers used in a code conforms to the GS1 General Specifications. The human readable representation is provided as the output.

 

GS1 Distribution

Checks that the code conforms to the GS1 General Specifications (v19.1) for trade items scanned in general distribution only (5.10.3 table 2). The human readable representation is provided as the output.

 

GS1 Documents, Assets & Locations

Checks that the code conforms to the GS1 General Specifications (v19.1) for codes with GS1 keys GDTI, GRAI, GIAI or GLN (5.10.3 table 9). The human readable representation is provided as the output.

 

GS1 Global Service Relation Number

Checks that the code conforms to the GS1 General Specifications (v19.1) for codes containing GSRN keys (5.10.3 table 11). The human readable representation is provided as the output.

 

GS1 Healthcare (bedside)

Checks that the code conforms to the GS1 General Specifications (v19.1) for regulated healthcare non-retail consumer trade items not scanned in general distribution (5.10.3 table 6). The human readable representation is provided as the output.

 

GS1 Healthcare Retail

Checks that the code conforms to the GS1 General Specifications (v19.1) for regulated healthcare retail consumer trade items not scanned in general distribution (5.10.3 table 10). The human readable representation is provided as the output.

Checks that the code conforms to the GS1 General Specifications (v19.1) for trade items scanned in pharmacy and general distribution (5.10.3 table 8). The human readable representation is provided as the output.

HIBC

Health Industry Bar Code validation, according to the Supplier Labelling Standard v2.6 (2016).

 

ITF Check Digit

Validate the modulus 10 check digit for Interleaved 2 of 5 codes.

 

Luhn Check Digit (ITF)

Validate the Luhn algorithm check digit for Interleaved 2 of 5 codes.

 

Pharma Pack

Application Identifier evaluation and validation according to the GS1 General Specifications. This plugin also requires that a GS1 DataMatrix symbol is used, which contains a GTIN (01), batch/lot number (10) and an expiration date (17).

 

Element strings are labelled using GS1 data titles. Valid dates are displayed in "DD/MM/YYYY" format, or "MM/YYYY" if the day is not encoded.

 

Russian Pharmacy

GS1 Certificaat voor Axicon 15500 verificatie system – 29/06/2020

Axicons 15500, de 2D èn lineaire barcodeverifier, heeft het stempel ‘goedgekeurd’ gekregen van GS1 UK vanwege de competentie om de zogenaamde GS1 codes (EAN / UPC, GS1-128, ITF-14, GS1 DataBar, GS1 DataMatrix, en GS1 QR-codes) te lezen en te verifiëren volgens de laatste GS1 specificaties.

 

De Axicon 15500 heeft een zichtveld van 95 mm breed en 70 mm hoog, dus elke barcode die daarin past, kan worden beoordeeld in overeenstemming met de ISO / IEC-normen voor het meten van de gedrukte kwaliteit van GS1-barcodes.
